European Architecture Student Assembly “Symбиоза” 2014. 550 students in Architecture from all over Europe gathered in Veliko Tarnovo for the 34th EASA and for two weeks have been working in 42 workshops, intervening in the urban environment with their original projects. Veliko Tarnovo is the first Bulgarian city to host EASA.

Arbanassi summer music. Classical music festival in the acoustically unique Museum -church “Sts. Archangels Michael and Gabriel” in Arbanasi village, featuring musicians from the Royal Flemish Philharmonic Orchestra and other globally renowned orchestras. The programme of the fifth edition of the festival includes masterpieces of Impressionism by Ravel and Debussy and church music by the Latvian composer Pēteris Vasks.
