Hundreds of citizens and guests of Veliko Tarnovo let colorful prints from his palms on the plaque next to the Pavilion of happiness, as part of the campaign for social services under the slogan "we can." The event is part of the city's candidacy for European capital of culture for 2019.

On the plaque next to the Pavilion of happiness, many citizens, guests from the country and abroad left their colorful prints from his palms. Guests from Lithuania, Romania, Greece, Turkey supported the application and pledged to lobby in their cities and country in favor of the nomination.

Color event preceded a concert of users of social services, who late in the evening on Tuesday filled the summer theater with 1,500 spectators. They applauded the 20 social services users who create their own art. The event is an important part of Veliko Turnovo's candidacy for European capital of culture, and shows the role of policies for social and cultural integration within the community.
