75 young performers of classical music in an international contest

75 instrumentalists-performers of classical music will participate in the international competition, which will be held in the old capital from 6 to 8 June. The event is an initiative of the municipality of Veliko Tarnovo and the youth's home and was under the patronage of Mayor Daniel Panov. . Its purpose is to promote mastery of young talents and talents and contact between children musicians and give them opportunities for communicating with music educators and prominent makers of musical culture.

The participants are from music schools and music schools in the country and from Germany, Turkey, Russia and China. With a divided in three age groups – up to 10 years to 12 years and up to 16, the biggest will compete in two rounds. The order of performance will be determined by lot, and the performances will be in exhibition halls “Rafael Mihailov” and Youth home. The young musicians will be judged from authoritative jury: prof. Phillip Pavlov, prof. Veselin Parashkevov - Germany, prof. dr Rostislav Yovchev, Assoc. Dr. Atanas Karafezliev, Assoc. Dr. Stefka Bocheva, Maria Sofiyanska-Šhlenker.
