Students of the Diplomatic Academy Vienna supported a project of the Veliko Tarnovo for 2019

Students of the Diplomatic Academy Vienna met with the vision and the strategy laid out in the nomination of Veliko Tarnovo for European capital of culture. 2019 project was presented to 15 prospective diplomats from various European countries and the United States presented the Stephen Lambert, Manager of the team preparing the nomination.

Prospective diplomats expressed a huge interest in the concept of "Creating happiness" and asked many questions. Among them were citizens of the cities, which have already been European capital of culture. They shared their experience and their belief that the project is a very powerful tool for positive change in the image of the city, as well as providing numerous opportunities to improve the lives of citizens.
