20 projects for culture and the arts are applying for municipal financing

Today 20 projects in the field of arts and culture apply for funding from the municipality of Veliko Tarnovo. On March 28, the proposals were opened and examined for administrative eligibility. The support of these events demonstrates the commitment the municipality has towards the sector.

The jury will evaluate the projects of 20 people with Chairman Deputy Mayor of Veliko Tarnovo municipality Gancho Karabadjakov. The Commission included municipal councillors, heads of cultural institutions, academics, representatives of the creative organizations, journalists.

Yet the Commission to consider the merits of the projects that will be funded by the program "art and culture," according to the "rules of the terms and conditions of financing projects in the field of art and culture from the budget of the municipality Veliko Tarnovo.

The total budget, which will be allocated, in the amount of  50 000 leva.
